WHO am I?
My name is Anand Suraj, and I’m passionate about creating intuitive, meaningful experiences through design. With a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, I’m deeply grounded in UX principles — but my learning hasn’t stopped there. I actively take courses, attend workshops, and stay curious so I can grow with the field and bring fresh, relevant thinking to every project.
I love turning ideas into user-centered solutions that are creative, functional, and backed by data. Whether it’s building something novel or reimagining an existing model, I see constraints not as limits but as invitations to innovate — designing with both empathy and business impact in mind.

ARTISTRY
MUSIC
Music has always been a constant in my life.
I’ve been learning multiple instruments over the years, going as far as mastering the keyboard — my favorite medium for expression.
Each composition, to me, is a story waiting to be felt. I’m drawn to the emotions behind the melodies, the narratives hidden in rhythm and tone.
Exploring music isn’t just curiosity — it’s a way of discovering new stories, new perspectives, and new feelings.
Music fuels my productivity, sharpens my mind, and keeps me grounded.
Photography
I’ve recently gotten into photography, but it’s quickly become one of my favorite ways to observe the world. I believe there’s beauty everywhere — we just have to learn how to see it. Photos are more than just images; they’re design systems of subtle patterns, environmental cues, and quiet details that often go unnoticed. I’m fascinated by how architecture and context shape a story, and I love identifying similar design languages in vastly different spaces. It sharpens my eye — not just as a photographer, but as a designer.
Values
Patience is power.
Growth takes time, and I believe real progress comes from staying present and consistent. Whether I’m designing, learning, or waiting for ideas to click — I trust the process and know that good things take time to build.
Passion fuels purpose.
I pour myself into what I do — not out of obligation, but because I genuinely care. When you believe in something deeply, it reflects in the quality of your work. Passion isn’t optional for me — it’s the starting point.
Perseverance creates momentum.
Design is full of ambiguity, constraints, and iteration. I see setbacks as stepping stones — each round of feedback, each challenge, only sharpens the final product. I keep showing up, especially when it gets tough.
Creativity is a mindset.
Whether it’s building an interface, composing music, or capturing a photo, I treat creativity as a way of thinking — not just making. It helps me solve problems in fresh ways and bring emotion and intention to everything I create.
Humility keeps you grounded.
No one has all the answers — and that’s the beauty of collaboration. I value listening as much as leading, and I’m always open to learning from anyone, regardless of title, background, or perspective.
